Despite damp weather on Friday and an unforecasted rain storm mid-Saturday, record crowds made the 7th Annual Downtown Busker Festival a huge success.
Crowds were amazed, left speechless and brought to tears of laughter at this years festival. Great shows by Dan from the Dan Show, Phil and Colin of the Silly People, Paul – Mr. Trulee Odd, James Jordan, Tim the Puppet Tamer, David the Copper Cowboy and local favorites Tangle, the East Rock Crew, Matt Sharpe, John O’Mara and the crew from the Wandering Brush.
A big thanks to all those who attended the show over the last three days, the staff and volunteers of the DDC, the buskers and our sponsors:
Fortis Properties, Canadian Heritage, St. John’s Time, OZ FM and NTV.
