Charlie was an active citizen, involved in so many aspects of our city. he will be missed.
Charlie Cook was a true gentleman. He loved our city and gave generously of his time and talent to improve St. John’s for all of us.
I had the pleasure to work closely with Charlie at the DDC and learned to admire his patience and tenacity in getting things accomplished. We all owe Charlie Cook a debt of gratitude. God Bless.
