This French classic inspired burger starts with 100% PEI Beef Chuck marinated in a red wine reduction with thyme, rosemary and garlic. It’s then ground, seasoned, flame grilled and finished in duck fat. On a Manna Bakery pretzel bun seared in beef tallow, the patty is covered with a smoked parmesan peppercorn sauce, topped with beef jus infused pork belly, caramelized shallots & mushrooms, crispy bread & butter pickles, arugula and truffled brown butter aioli.
