Reel Downtown will not be taking place in July due to Covid 19 restrictions and the very low number of attendees permitted at special events and large public gatherings at this time. Please note, we may revisit this event later in the summer if attendance numbers for special events are increased.
Please be advised that submissions for the 2021 Downtown St. John’s Facade Improvement Program is now closed. Applications that have been received are currently being reviewed for funding.
Due to the over-whelming interest and number of applications submitted it is anticipated that the budget allocated for the 2021 Downtown St. John’s Facade Improvement Program will be exhausted. As stated in the application ” Funds will be distributed until the 2021 budget allocation has been depleted, at which point no new applicants will be approved for funding in 2021″.
