The City of St. John’s is pleased to announce that the Canadian Mental Health Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMHA-NL), is offering Mental Health First Aid Essentials Training for local businesses. This session is free of charge.
This training is designed to build the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and crises. Participants will receive a Mental Health First Aid Essentials Certificate from CMHA-NL upon completion of the training.
Participants will be able to attend a full day in-person session:
March 31, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Foran Greene Room, City Hall, 10 New Gower Street, St. John’s
- Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
