Our signature beef patty is glazed in Blueberry Korean BBQ sauce for a hint of deep, fruity sweetness. We layer it with umami-rich miso mayo, a zesty kimchi slaw, and pickled onions for a sharp, bright finish. Completed with crispy wontons for the ultimate crunch on a toasted bun.
The Build:
The Patty: A succulent, hand-pressed beef and pork patty glazed with a house-made Korean BBQ sauce. This provides that signature ginger-garlic-soy backbone with a hint of toasted sesame.
The Fruit Element: A layer of Blueberry BBQ sauce. The deep, jammy sweetness of the berries cuts through the richness of the beef, offering a sophisticated twist on the traditional sugary barbecue profile.
The Cream: Miso Mayo spread thick on a toasted brioche bun. This adds a velvety, savory “earthiness” and a hit of fermented umami that ties the meat and fruit together.
The Crunch: A generous handful of Crispy Wontons. These provide a sharp, shattered-glass crunch that holds up against the saucier elements of the build.
The Funk: Kimchi Slaw. This brings the heat and the ferment, providing a cold, crisp contrast to the warm patty while balancing the sweetness of the blueberry.
